Groups want court to bar Kibaki nominees 

 The controversy over President Kibaki’s nomination of Mr Alnashir Visram as CJ, Prof Githu Muigai, Mr Kioko Kilukumi (DPP) and William Kirwa as controller of budget has found it’s way to the High Court.
